Simple Easter Brunch Tablescape

To be honest, decorating an Easter table is not something I typically get excited about! My Mom usually hosts for Easter and she goes ALL OUT! I have a hard time gettin down with bunnies on my table and embracing the juvenile aesthetic of an Easter table. But I love the idea of a simple Easter Brunch with mimosas and crostinis! Now we're talkin!

I was so excited to team up with my friend Rachelle from Friday Flowers Gilroy! She made the most BREATHTAKING spring pastel arrangement! I also had the opportunity to team up with a company I had previously bought dishes from LE TAUCI on Amazon! They are a great company and sell the most beautiful serveware, dishes, and a bunch of home decor items.

I love beautiful tablescapes but it's an investment of acquiring a collection of dishes, fabric napkins, chargers, and pretty silverware over time. But once you slowly collect the basics, and I suggest start with neutral tones...you can totally do beautiful and simple tablescapes on a budget. Then you add color with the finishing touches like simple florals, candles, tapers, table runners, etc.

I got the wood chargers for a great price during Christmas at Kirklands. I also bought the white plates there and the fabric striped napkins! The blush plates are from LE TAUCI on Amazon and I am so happy to be partnering with them to offer a giveaway for these dishes! They are stunning in person! If you haven't entered that giveaway there is still time!

Friday Flowers Gilroy knocked it out of the ballpark with this stunning arrangement!! It made the table and brought everything together so beautifully!

I used a lot of what I already had on hand, but I did buy a few Easter items at Hobby Lobby such as the eggs I used in the bowls for the place cards. Then the faux concrete bunnies were from Joann's on clearance for $4 dollars originally $14.99! I used a simple ivory macrame runner that I use all the time from Amazon! It's so versatile and only $10!

The recycled green goblet glasses were given to me by my husband's great Aunt! I have always loved and collected recycled green glass vases, pitchers, and glasses so when she offered these to me I was ECSTATIC! The turquoise taper candle holders were a gift from my friend Rachelle years ago and were also from a thrift store! I got the wood charcuterie boards as a gift and they were from Home Goods!

Can we talk about this blush champagne glass set?! It's from the Target Dollar Spot! Jaw drop! I know..I know!!! I LOVE it too! LOL! So here is a little secret: I buy a lot of my cool cocktail glasses at Target Dollar Spot! It's very hit or miss and when you see them, STOCK UP!

For the crostini's I didn't follow a recipe, I used a seeded sourdough baguette sliced then toasted them in my cast iron skillet with a little olive oil and layered with brie cheese (placed in the oven on 300 until the cheese was melted, about 10 minutes), then added the pear slices, drizzled honey, and pecans. Some I layered with brie and fig preserves! I didn't have prosciutto on hand but that would be amazing to add! There are a BUNCH of crostini recipes on Pinterest!

I filled each bowl with moss and attached a scroll-like place card made out of vellum attached to an egg! So simple and delicate but super cute!

For the strawberry lemon mimosas I kept it simple and filled the glasses with mostly champagne, topped off with a good quality lemonade such as the Santa Cruz brand, then added fresh sliced strawberries on top! You can also muddle the strawberries at the bottom of the glass! And that's it! A charcuterie board would be a great idea too or soup and salad! Leave me a comment on what your Easter plans are or if you have any questions!
